Thinking Positively

It's not always easy to do this, but the power to change your thoughts and your feelings is in your hands. It's up to us if we let others make us angry, feel jealous or sad, or even happy. We can take all of those moments and feelings and channel them to give us energy to make a change for the better in our day, to fuel an extra few minutes of a workout, or even to just take a few minutes for ourselves to help us relax and to give ourselves some TLC! The fact that we have the will and strength to decide how to channel and use our feelings, emotions, and energy, gives us great power and control of ourselves, our ego, and our own lives!
