Piecing it Together
There are many things that have to come together in order for me to train and race well. As a fulltime working athlete, sometimes putting in very long hours, it's not always easy to get in all of the training that's on the schedule, and certainly not all the rest that's recommended. Yet, nutrition, finding inner peace, calmness and happiness, managing stress, and having a positive attitude are all things I can control. Having friends and loved ones, along with guides, teammates, a coach, and sponsors also make it possible, and are some of the foundation blocks of my ability to succeed. It's all about team work.
